After registering for our site you will be provided with access to learning materials as well as quizzes (bronze), mock exams (silver) and online tutors (gold) based on your plan. Evaluate our site carefully to ensure that the plan you wish to sign up for – Bronze, Silver or Gold – meets your needs. Policy

Given the nature of the products we offer, it is not our policy to refund for eLearning resources. All access to our Learner Management System is governed by your signon credentials. Your credentials are used as a part of a system which protect the security of the resources and enable us to monitor usage. When a refund request is received we reserve the right to grant same, and to review the respective usage. No refund will be granted, especially if we have reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the course material that they purchased.
